A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable. 

Q2: What about the lead time? 

A:Sample needs 3-5 days, mass production needs 1-2 weeks for order quantity more than one container

Q4: How to choose the system Voltage 12V /24V ? 

A: We could design the system for you .Usually 12V system for 15W-40W LED lamp , 24V system for 50-150W LED lamp .   

Q5: How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive? 

A: Sample shipped by DHL, UPS, FedEx ,TNT etc. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping also optional .   

Q6: What is your Warranty Policy? 

A: We offer 3 to 5 years warranty for the entire system and replace with new ones for free in case of quality problems.
