Hot dip galvanized steel street light pole

1. Light pole was designed by anti-seismic 7 degrees & anti-wind 11 level & anti-seismic intensity is B level.

2. According to the design requirements,the light pole material is made of high quality low carbon steel Q235,and the silicon content of stee isnot higher than 0.04%. Bending forming by a large bending machine,straigtness error is not more than 0.05%.

3. Manufacturing technology:The light pole is formed integrally with smooth line,treated with internal and external hot galvanizing.The process of galvanizing including acid washing, hot galvanizing, washing, passivation and so on. Conforms to the national standard GB/T13912-92.Zinc plating adhesion, conforms to the standard GB2694-88 request, the anticorrosion life is more than 30 years.

Q1: Can I have a sample order for solar products? 

A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable. 

Q2: What about the lead time? 

A: Sample order is 7-12 days, buik order will be 15-20 days.   

Q3: Can we have a sample order?

A: Battery:3 years. Controller/LED:5 years. Pole/solar panels:15-20 years.  

Q4: How to choose the system Voltage 12V /24V ? 

A: We could design the system for you .Usually 12V system for 15W-40W LED lamp , 24V system for 50-150W LED lamp .   

Q5: How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive? 

A: Sample shipped by DHL, UPS, FedEx ,TNT etc. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping also optional .   

Q6: How to deal with the fault?

A: If the problem caused by manufacturing quality, we will change and replace it in free.
