Our security poles are made from high-quality hot-rolled steel plates, bent into a tapered shape according to dimensions, then welded, polished, hot-dip galvanized, and packaged for shipment.

 

Our Advantages

Materials: We exclusively source from qualified, reputable steel mills such as Baosteel, Shagang Group, and Shougang Group to ensure product quality. Any defective materials are rejected along with the entire batch and are not accepted into our warehouse.

Welding: Poles are welded using gas-shielded arc welding and submerged arc welding, resulting in smooth, high-quality seams. We implement strict weld inspection, utilizing ultrasonic crack testing to ensure welds are free of cracks, undercut, slag inclusion, and porosity.

Hot-Dip Galvanizing: All products are hot-dip galvanized in compliance with GB/T13912-2002 or ASTM A123 standards, protecting steel poles from rust for over 30 years. High-quality galvanized poles feature an even zinc coating color, free from dents, bare iron, or excessive zinc buildup. Typically, the zinc layer thickness corresponds to the material thickness-the thicker the material, the thicker the zinc coating.
